Serge Marchand appointed vice-president, Scientific Affairs of Génome Québec

Chief Scientist of Québec, Rémi Quirion, and the leadership team of the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ) warmly congratulate Serge Marchand, scientific director of the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS), on his appointment as vice-president, Scientific Affairs of Génome Québec. He begins his new role on January 28, 2019. The chief scientist will act as interim scientific director of the FRQS from that date.
