2019–2020 Awards announcement: Over $8.19M in grants awarded under the Platform of Funding Programs for Intersectoral Research on Aging

Today, Québec’s Chief Scientist, in collaboration with the scientific offices of the three Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ) and the Directorate of Societal Challenges and Intersectoral Networking, are releasing the list of researchers who have been chosen to receive a grant as part of the 2019–2020 call for proposals of the Platform of Funding Programs for Intersectoral Research on Aging.

They would like to extend their warmest congratulations to the teams funded under this initial call for proposals, which includes three components: Audace, Living Lab and Cohorte. The grants under each component are awarded on the basis of scientific excellence, the recommendations of an international peer committee and the assessment criteria set out in the call.

The winning teams, titles of their research projects and amounts granted under each component are presented in the results table for the 2019–2020 Platform of Funding Programs for Intersectoral Research on Aging, as well as in the FRQ's awards and grants recipients list on the 2019–2020 competition results page.
