An article cosigned by the Chief Scientist of Québec on practices in Scientific Advice in Canada and Québec

On the occasion of the 2nd International Network for Government Science Advice Conference, the Chief Scientist of Québec published in Palgrave Communications the article Reflections on science advisory systems in Canada. The four authors of the article, Rémi Quirion, Arthur Carty, Paul Dufour and Ramia Jabr, paint a historical and contextualized picture of practices in Science Advice in Canada and Québec, underlining the need to stabilize the system in place beyond any uncertainty and political change.
